Streaking, dinking, through the sky,
little Jimmy wants to fly
in his spaceship. By and by
he tells his mum a lil lie,
he’ll be back, it’s not goodbye.
Zooming, frooming, up, up, up
through the stars. It’s such good luck!
Duck that hole or you’ll get stuck,
Jimmy zoom! That’s just space junk…
Catch some star dust in a cup.
Crashing, slashing, oh, no, no!
Jimmy’s ship is getting low!
How’s he going to make it slow
before he falls, there, below,
into that crazy dog show?
Weirdly, tierdly, what the where?!
How’d he get from space to here?
Big dogs, small dogs, look a bear!
Jimmy’s had a big bad scare,
fly your spaceship outa here!!
Clunkity, bunkity, BOOM!
Jimmy’s stuck! His ship’s abloom
with smoke and many a fume.
Better don a dog costume
and disappear in the gloom.
Woofity, snoofity, slimed,
All the dogs are really kind
and promise to help him find
a way back home. They don’t mind,
but they’d like some bacon rind.
Skipping, slipping all around,
all the dogs are getting wound
wildly, because they have found
how to get Jimmy space bound!
That ROAR is such a great sound!
Soaring, roaring into space,
Jimmy is a flying ace!
Diamonds sparkle in this place,
like freckles on a space face,
or many stars in a vase.
Vrooming, zooming, up ahead
there’s a space bug in a bed
trying to catch him on it’s thread!
Jimmy’s scared, and so with dread,
he puts his ship on code red.
Flashing, sleaking bright sun light!
Jimmy’s feeling quite a fright!
Quickly waking, he’s alright.
But mum’s face is quite the sight,
asking what he dreamed last night.
